As the chair of Ohio Smoke Sports, Mike provides strategic vision while developing community partnerships, increasing brand awareness, leading communications, and fostering a team culture of excellence with enthusiasm. His personal and professional experience in overcoming barriers has fueled his passion for encouraging and empowering youth, through speaking engagements and volunteer work for various community programs. He has mentored and coached youth sports including football and basketball for over a decade.
He is a proud father to three wonderful kids that continue to amaze him each day, and he is recently engaged to marry the love of his life. His passion statement: “Believe in your abilities to achieve the unimaginable... and surround yourself with people that align with similar values and goals.”
